Cameron Chung is an individual who is very conscientious about his well being, physically and mentally, and always tries to improve himself in both arenas. Cameron says that the key to doing so is by maintaining a level of health through exercise and proper eating habits that are conducive to learning and growing as an individual. Cameron believes strongly in the body mind connection, the idea that the mind and body can only operate as well as the separate and individual condition of each one, which is why Cameron likes to stay in peek mental and physical condition. Many people believe that staying in shape simply means running or going to the gym, and often neglect the more mental aspects of it. Cameron says this is a common mistake, and that the brain should be exercised just as frequently. Cameron chooses to exercise his mind by reading, or doing brain training exercises such as Sudoku or other puzzles like Crosswords. Cameron says by simply doing daily maintenance like this he retains his minds ability to stay flexible, which studies have shown improve the likelihood of slowing down mental aging, as well as staving off debilitating diseases such as Alzheimers.
Cameron Chung says that another way to keep the body and mind healthy other than exercising is to make sure that it gets the proper nutrition through good dieting. Cameron says that the best way to achieve this is to steer away from too many carbohydrates, as well as the many processed foods so prevalent in America today. Cameron says the best approach to personal health is a diet low in carbohydrates, rich in raw fruits and vegetables, and all organic minimally processed foods that have many anti-oxidants, which help prevent many different cancers.”
